From my research into music streaming and the symbols associated with this I decided to incorporate the design of a clapper board into my USB casing. Although the dimesnions don't quite fit to the USB shape, I feel that the opening and closiung mechanim lends itself to the lid of the USB stick.
I will also add graphics to my USB casing post manufacture to give it the clapper board effect.

Looking at the symbols associated with music streaming also helped me develop my logo, essentially my music streaming app will allow people to listen to new music, playing with these words I came up with the brand name "NU:MU".
